Upload a CSV, pick an agent, press Start. VEXYL calls every contact over your own SIP trunk, has a real conversation using their details, retries the ones who miss the call, and sends you every result.
Illustration. Numbers are examples.
Everything happens in the dashboard, or through the campaigns API if you want to automate it.
Name the campaign, choose the bot, and set how many calls run at once (1-50).
Language, speech recognition, voice, how the call opens, retry policy and results webhook.
Drop in a CSV. Map the phone column and turn other columns into fields for the bot.
Send a test call to your own phone using a real contact's details.
Press Start. Pause, resume or stop any time and watch results arrive.
Each CSV column becomes a field sent with the call - name, due date, doctor, amount. The bot uses it in the conversation and in its tools.
Busy, declined or unanswered numbers are retried 1-5 times, 1 minute to 24 hours apart. Carrier capacity limits are requeued without using an attempt.
A recording (fastest), a spoken greeting, a recording followed by the bot, or wait silently for the person to speak first.
Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, English and more. Pick the speech recognition, voice provider, model and voice - including your own cloned voices.
Run calls as speech-to-text, bot, text-to-speech, or on a realtime speech-to-speech engine for the most natural turn-taking.
1 to 50 simultaneous calls per campaign. A slot stays busy until the call really ends, so you never overload your trunk.
Every number moves through queued, calling, in call, completed, no answer or failed - visible live in the dashboard.
Signed callbacks track each call; your webhook receives status, duration, transcript and the contact's fields.
Ten technical errors in a row pause the campaign. Restarts re-queue waiting contacts without double-dialling live ones.
Campaigns belong to a tenant, with read, create, update and delete permissions per role.
Create, upload, map, test, start, pause and read stats over REST - plug campaigns into your CRM or n8n.
Calls go out through the VEXYL Voice Gateway on your SIP trunk, Asterisk or PBX. No telephony markup.
Confirm, reschedule or cancel appointments in the patient's language, and update your system from the result.
Polite, consistent reminders with the exact amount and due date for each customer.
Collect structured answers at scale, from customer satisfaction to large public surveys.
Call back every enquiry quickly, qualify it, and pass the hot ones to your team.
Check on patients after discharge or treatment and flag anyone who needs a callback.
Delivery, renewal and outage calls that can answer the questions people ask back.
Both use the same gateway and the same agents. Pick the one that fits the job.
Your system triggers one call at a time with POST /outbound/initiate and per-call context.
Upload a list and let VEXYL work through it with concurrency, retries and tracking.
The auto-dialer is part of LiteBot and VEXYL Studio; calls are placed by the VEXYL Voice Gateway.
Same platform, two ways to run it. Start self-hosted for free, or let us run it for you on VEXYL Cloud.
Run the gateway and LiteBot on your own servers or VPC. Your audio, transcripts and keys never leave your infrastructure.
We run the gateway for you. Point a SIP trunk from your PBX at us, drop the browser widget on your site, and receive signed webhooks.
It runs outbound voice campaigns with an AI agent. You upload a CSV of contacts, choose a bot, and the auto-dialer asks the VEXYL Voice Gateway to call each number. The bot talks to the person using that contact's details, every call is tracked, unanswered numbers are retried, and results go to your webhook.
Each campaign runs 1 to 50 simultaneous calls. Keep the number within the channel count of your SIP trunk. Your VEXYL licence also sets a concurrent-call limit.
A CSV of up to 10 MB and 50,000 rows per upload. The phone column is detected automatically, and every other column becomes a field the bot can use, such as patient_name or due_date.
Busy, declined and unanswered numbers are retried according to the campaign's retry policy: 1 to 5 attempts per number, 1 to 1,440 minutes apart. Numbers that never answer end as no_answer.
Yes. Place a test call to your own phone using any contact's fields, check the greeting, voice and conversation, then start the campaign. You can pause, resume or stop it at any time.
Set the call language per campaign, for example ml-IN or en-IN, and pick the speech recognition and voice provider, model and voice. Providers include Sarvam, Google, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Azure and Smallest, and admins can add cloned or designed voices to the catalog.
Each finished call is posted to your campaign webhook with its status, duration, transcript, and the contact's fields. The dashboard shows live counts per state and every contact's outcome.
